B.S. in Professional Fitness Training and Exercise Science from Bryan University. N.A.S.M. – Senior Fitness Specialist, Youth Exercise Specialist, and Women’s Fitness Specialist. BLS Basic Life Support and CPR/AED certified.
Multi-sports coach, health and fitness promoter.
I play many sports, but I enjoy playing sports with special needs individuals the most. I also enjoy spending time with my family and taking long walks with my kids and dogs.
Why did you go into Personal Training?
I have been working in the health and fitness industry for many years. I love to work with people in general and help the ones in need. I aim to ensure everyone stays healthy, happy, and reaches their goals.
