Chris’ Success Stories
Chris is the best! He knew my abilities better than I did. He knew just how to challenge me. He catered to my personal and physical fitness goals. He also help me understand the importance of maintenance exercises, which I still do. If I was not relocating to another state, I would still be training with Chris. I see him on the Fitness Floor with clients of all skill levels. He builds programs to meet the needs of the very fit to those just starting their fitness journey. He helped me gain confidence in myself and my abilities. I joined the Center in March 2013 and weighed 229 pounds. I started training with Chris in September 2015 at about 150-160 pounds. Now, I am down to 134 pounds, with more muscle than ever. I praise Chris for helping me find myself again. He truly cares about his clients and helps them evolve into healthier people. He is committed to making them healthier. If you let him, he will challenge you and your predispositions about yourself. He creates an atmosphere that allows you to excel.
