Kenna’s dedication to fitness began as a personal mission. At 40 years old, she was overweight and unable to dance with her young son. She worked tirelessly to achieve a healthier life so she could enjoy “dance parties” with him. Kenna’s 100-pound weight loss inspired her to help others discover the benefits of fitness. She earned her personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise, with a certification in nutrition from Stanford University. Kenna is also certified in Pilates and CPR/AED.
In her spare time, she runs marathons and triathlons, hikes, and bikes. Most importantly, she loves to do kitchen dance parties with her son and prides herself on outlasting him!
