Sathya S. Sundar
Sathya helps instill a lifelong love of swimming during her lessons in the pool. Through the American Red Cross, she earned certifications as a water safety instructor and lifeguard. She is certified in CPR/AED and first aid through there, as well.
Although successful at teaching all ages and skill levels, Sathya especially enjoys providing swim lessons to beginners, ages 4 to 16 years.
She values Pilates as an intelligent method of movement and a dynamically fun exercise method for all bodies. Adriana shares her passion for movement with her clients so each can discover fuller movement potential and quality-of-life.
