Linda continuously evolves the Center’s Group Fitness program to offer members the latest workouts in an exciting, supportive environment. She earned her Associate degree in business administration from Bay Path Junior College in Springfield, Massachusetts. She is certified as a CPR instructor from the American Heart Association; a RAD (rape, aggression, and defense) instructor; and an emergency medical technician.
Prior to her position as Group Fitness manager at the Center’s Princeton and Plainsboro locations, Linda spent time working in management capacities. She was a general manager at a fitness facility, and captain and first lieutenant with the Montgomery Rescue Squad. She began her teaching career in yoga, and expanded it to include an impressive list of Group Fitness instructor certifications. Linda’s vibrant background provides creativity in developing the Center’s Group Fitness program, with classes and talents that match diverse needs.
In her leisure, Linda loves spending time outdoors. She capitalizes on activities available during each season. In the summer, she enjoys the beach and boating excursions; in the fall, the changing leaves and invigorating hikes; in the winter, the picturesque scenery after a snowfall. Linda is a huge sports fan, especially basketball. She loves the opportunity to maximize life experiences by trying new things. Her favorite foods are pasta and sushi.
