Along with personal training, Sue strives to help members maintain a positive attitude, or “positude” as she calls it. Her training programs facilitate success through challenging yet fun sessions. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in health and physical education from West Chester University, and her personal training certification through the World Instructor Training Schools.
Sue’s experience includes over 30 years involvement in sport coaching and training (emphasis in tennis). She worked with athletes between the ages of 5 and 95 years. She taught health and physical education, and coached middle and high school athletes. Most recently, she held the position of lecturer of sport and exercise science at South Devon College in the United Kingdom.
Sue specializes in exercise programs that promote overall wellness, as well as sport-specific training to improve athletic performance.
In her leisure, Sue enjoys cycling, swimming, reading, and following trends in computers and other technologies. She is a firm believer in organ donation and educates on this topic when possible. Living by example, she donated one of her own kidneys several years ago.
