Personal Trainer Sara Rabbitt earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from the University of Connecticut, and her personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. She is also TRX certified, which allows her to create fitness programs using innovative suspension training.
Sara enjoys helping members of all ages and fitness levels. She specializes in functional training to help her clients live their fullest through a life of healthy physical activity.
Her hobbies include cooking healthy meals, traveling, and entertaining family and friends.
