Nicole Coelho Antoun

Personal Trainer Nicole Coelho Antoun believes motivation needs to be cultivated and nurtured.

She inspires her clients with positive results. Nicole earned her personal training certification from the American Council on Exercise. She is CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.

Nicole specializes in helping members better enjoy life’s daily activities. Her training sessions focus on improving strength, range-of-motion, endurance, and flexibility.

She shifts the focus from achieving perfection to accomplishing a healthier lifestyle, one workout at a time.

I have been training with Nicole for about a year. When we started, I was hesitant to perform my everyday activities due to chronic back pain from an old injury. Nicole developed a program that gently and progressively addressed this. As a result, I gained a great deal of strength, flexibility, and confidence. And, I continue to improve. (Now, I do shoulder stands in Yoga class, which I haven’t been able to do in decades!) Nicole is smart, with a great sense of humor. I enjoy working with her immensely. She frequently changes my workout, to keep it interesting and assure my progress.
