With over 20,000 one-hour training sessions in his background, Mike is ready to meet the challenges of the Center’s diverse membership. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science from The College of New Jersey. (It always will be Trenton State College to him.) He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Mike specializes in “correct” exercise, assuring the fitness program perfectly suits the individual. He also enjoys helping clients with bodybuilding and body-sculpting, either training for competitive events or to be their personal buffest. Always, the focus is on FUNctional training.
In his leisure, Mike acts as a self-appointed movie critic, a balanced Philadelphia Flyers fan, and a consumer of comfort foods. He is afforded the latter by his own rigorous training routines. He likes to spend time with his family. Fun fact: Mike’s preferred form of communication is through recited movie lines.
Mike understands most people work out to live better, not the reverse. He strives to make the most of your fitness experience, with effective routinescustomized to your needs and respectful of your valuable time.
