Personal Trainer Martina Lohouse brings impressive experience to the Fitness Floor. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree, and Master of Science degree, in physical therapy from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic.
She is a certified personal trainer and Group Fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Martina is certified in a variety of fitness programs, including Les Mills™, Power Yoga, Silver Sneakers, MOSSA Group Ride, and PiYo® by Beachbody. She is also a certified aquatics fitness instructor through the Aquatic Exercise Association, with CPR/AED and first aid certification from the American Red Cross.
She enjoys working with all age groups, skill levels, and special populations. Each brings its own challenges and subsequent rewards. She incorporates TRX suspension training and high-intensity interval training when applicable for effective, efficient workouts.
