Personal Trainer Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in applied nutrition from the University of Delaware, and his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
He enjoys helping members of all ages and skill levels achieve fitness goals through customized training programs. Kevin’s love of running makes him ideal to team with for endurance training, especially if working toward a competitive event.
In his free time, he enjoys playing folk guitar, broomball, and behind-the-scenes film production. Fun fact: In high school, he was an All American 800m runner.
