Ginny motivates members to enjoy exercise as more than just movements but as a healthier way of living. She earned her personal training certifications from the American Council on Exercise and the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association. She is CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross.
She takes the same approach to training sessions as daily life: Each is a new beginning, a chance to excel. Ginny specializes in bodybuilding, strength training, weight loss, and balance training. She helps her clients overcome setbacks and use them to learn and grow.
