George brings over a decade of personal training experience to Princeton Fitness and Wellness Center. He is certified by both the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has been a Polestar Pilates educated instructor for over 5 years.
George also brings a wealth of experience having owned and operated his own mobile personal training business in California for 7 years, where he also found the time to act as head coach for high school Cross Country and Track Teams for 5 years. In Cedar Rapids, Iowa he maintained a Personal Training and Pilates program teaching Reformer Classes for Beginner to Advanced levels.
George enjoys working on and understanding his client’s individual goals and helping them achieve their desired outcomes. He realizes everyone at various stages in life has different objectives, and he enjoys customizing fitness programs, which will be fun, challenging, and rewarding to the individual. An outdoor enthusiast, his passions include cycling – both mountain and road, hiking, and camping.
