He is a certified personal trainer and Muay Thai fitness instructor through the National Exercise & Sports Trainers Association.
His programs focus on strengthening and conditioning, whether to improve athletic performance or daily functioning. He is skilled at helping his clients achieve and maintain a healthy body weight. Ezekiel also enjoys bodybuilding training. He is knowledgeable about the benefits of meditation and yoga. His sessions take a mindful approach to engage both the mental and physical self. For fun, Ezekiel likes to incorporate martial arts movements into his workouts, including boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
