Personal Trainer Erica strives to help members improve their lives each day through optimum health. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology and French (double major) from Ursinus College, and her Master of Science degree in biomedical sciences and forensic biology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
Her fitness sessions focus on circuit training. Each workout is fun and exciting because Erica always keeps the body (and her clients) guessing. She specializes in endurance and sport specific training as a result of her extensive field hockey experience, where she accomplished everything from coaching to directing and founding programs. Erica’s educational background provides her with a detailed understanding of human anatomy and pathology.
Erica’s hobbies include goalkeeping for field hockey and soccer teams. She loves all sports. She enjoys hiking, reading, relaxing, and playing with her niece and nephews. She finds hopeful perspective in seeing the world through their youthful eyes. When Erica is not cheering for the Steelers, Phillies, or Bruins, she loves to shop. (She believes there is a special shoe for every occasion.) Her perfect day is spent in sunshine on the beach. Fun facts: Erica was an NCAA national champion field hockey player, and a figure skater until nine years old.
