Camille Tropp

Camille brings an impressive background to her position as Personal Trainer. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Education as well as a certification in Elementary Education from the University of Massachusetts. Her extensive list of certifications also includes: US Rowing Level 1 Coach, Personal Training from the World Instructor Training Schools, Group Fitness from the National Dance-Exercise Instructor’s Training Association, Strength and Conditioning from Body Training Systems and Les Mills, Cycling from Johnny G, and CPR/AED from the American Red Cross. In addition to her work in the fitness field, Camille spent time as a Sales Director/Manager at a local country club and Seminar Administrator for a leading corporation.

Camille believes making training a routine part of one’s life is necessary in order to reach fitness goals. She strives to facilitate her clients’ commitment to exercise through creating exciting workout programs that deliver results. Camille designs fitness routines based on each client’s evolving needs to keep the sessions challenging and fun.

A stellar example of fitness achievements, Camille earned national and international Champion Masters Rower medals at numerous Masters National Championship Regattas. She is an active member of Carnegie Lake Rowing Association, through which she continues to compete, coach new rowers, and volunteer whenever possible.

Camille believes everyone is capable of reaching fitness goals. While nurturing an attitude of determination, she strives to create exercise programs that make fitness success possible.
