Personal Trainer Zack Lucks earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice from Rutgers University. Following his passion for fitness and health, he became a certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Zack Lucks is an emergency medical technician, a CPR/first aid instructor with the American Heart Association, and a Level 7 instructor with the American Safety and Health Institute. He also is certified in Aquakinetics, which improves muscle strength and tone while reducing joint stress in our pool environment.
His varied background includes extensive Krav Maga self-defense fitness training and weightlifting. Zack Lucks has a patient, supportive nature. He enjoys helping members of all ages and diverse backgrounds achieve their fitness goals in a fun environment. As a personal trainer, he believes a positive workout experience is the key to commitment.
Zack loves animals. He has a love bird named Hermie who thinks he is a dog. In his spare time, Zack Lucks enjoys being with family and friends, reading about nature and the environment, weightlifting, and learning new self-defense techniques.
