Wendy helps members reach fitness goals with safe, fun workouts customized to meet their preferences and fitness needs. After many successful years working in the travel and tourism industry, she was inspired to share her passion for fitness.
She earned certifications in personal training, TRX, Bosu ball, strap training, and kettlebell instruction through the National Personal Training Institute. Wendy is also a certified Group Fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise.
Her fitness programs accomplish everything from weight loss goals to strengthening and conditioning. She specializes in circuit training and high-intensity interval training, adjusting the difficulty to meet her clients’ needs. With 12 years in martial arts training, a second degree blackbelt in mixed martial arts, and training in Krav Maga (orange belt), Wendy incorporates kickboxing and martial arts movements into her routines when appropriate.
