Personal Trainer Manisha earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Bombay University, India. She is a certified personal trainer and Group Fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise, and certified yoga instructor through Integral Yoga Institute.
Her workouts focus on improving cardio endurance, strength, and flexibility for well-rounded fitness. Manisha also is skilled at helping members achieve weight loss goals. She keeps training sessions fun and effective by incorporating a variety of fitness tools and techniques. With a background in power yoga, Manisha includes yoga movements in her training programs for a mindful experience.
Born and educated in India, Manisha has enjoyed living in the United States for almost two decades now. She looks forward to helping you empower yourself on the Fitness Floor.
