Kenna Meadow

Kenna’s dedication to fitness began as a personal mission. At 40 years old, she was overweight and unable to dance with her young son. She worked tirelessly to achieve a healthier life so she could enjoy “dance parties” with him. Kenna’s 100-pound weight loss inspired her to help others discover the benefits of fitness. She earned her personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise, with a certification in nutrition from Stanford University. Kenna is also certified in Pilates and CPR/AED.

She specializes in strength training, endurance fitness, weight loss, and muscle toning. Kenna enjoys working with individuals as well as in Small Group Training sessions. She helps her clients achieve a healthier version of themselves with every workout. Kenna explains each exercise to provide insight on its significance in accomplishing specific goals.

In her spare time, she runs marathons and triathlons, hikes, and bikes. Most importantly, she loves to do kitchen dance parties with her son and prides herself on outlasting him!
