Keeping it fresh through creativity and variety, Katie helps members commit to fitness through fun. She earned her Master of Science degree in health education from Arcadia University; and Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology, with a Minor in holistic health, from Georgian Court University.
She is a certified exercise physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and a health education specialist through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. Currently, she is studying to become a physical therapist assistant.
Katie’s experience includes working with clients of all ages and ability levels. She believes helping people move well increases confidence. Her fitness sessions focus on achieving core stability and functional mobility, while progressing to more complex full-body exercises. She incorporates innovative techniques, which keep clients engaged while both executing the basics and progressing through greater challenges.
Katie helps her clients maintain a positive attitude as they commit to a healthier lifestyle.
