Personal Trainer Julia Bossert knows success is about progress, not perfection. She works with each client to help him/her advance during every training session. Julia Bossert earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science, with a concentration in strength and conditioning, from Delaware State University. She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, and a certified Group Fitness instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
She specializes in performance training for all athletic levels. Julia’s favorite workouts include circuit training, which she customizes to each client’s skill level.
