Elliot earned his Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology at the University of Maryland, College Park. Full of ambition, his training sessions focus on circuit workouts that evolve with his clients’ changing needs and improving stamina. Each workout contains an exciting mix of exercises and fitness equipment.
A soccer fan, Elliot played intramural soccer throughout college where he was team captain for 2.5 years. In high school, he was captain of the fencing team where he taught proper form and helped teammates acquire the sport’s needed strength. Elliot was the inspiration for many workouts, even prior to becoming a personal trainer!
He is intrigued by the body and the many ways it can be improved through various types of exercise. Elliot spends time researching new workouts and implementing them for the benefit of Center members.
He enjoys spending time outdoors, whether relaxing with friends in the backyard or exploring the woods. He often travels to his college town in Maryland to visit friends. In the winter, Elliot and his college buddies always make time for an annual snowboarding trip. His hobbies also including playing the drums. He is a fan of the New Jersey Devils. Fun fact: As a passenger, he escaped a sinking car that went into a lake.
Elliot encourages everyone to try new things. He keeps fitness programs fresh and effective.
