Chris Miller

Personal Trainer Chris motivates Center members to dream big. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in exercise sports science from Oregon State University and is CPR/AED certified.

Chris’ experience includes patient care and education provided in a cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation setting where he gave exercise programs and monitored vitals and EKG reports. Accustomed to helping individuals recover, he specializes in post-rehabilitation training. As a soccer coach, he is skilled at combining fundamentals with inspiration for effective results. Chris’ training routines focus on improving agility and balance while increasing strength and cardiovascular fitness.

In his leisure, Chris enjoys daily CrossFit workouts, surfing or fishing when possible, reading a good book, and researching the cardiovascular system. He enjoys the occasional long run, golfing, and playing soccer. He has played soccer throughout life, including as a Division 1 athlete at Oregon State University, a semiprofessional indoor soccer player, and in Germany. His favorite foods are salmon, tuna, sushi, and southern cooking. He performed Double Dutch, jumped rope on a pogo stick, and jumped on his butt and stomach.

Through mutual hard work and fun, Chris looks forward to helping members achieve fitness goals.

Now, I am down to 134 pounds, with more muscle than ever. I praise Chris for helping me find myself again. He truly cares about his clients and helps them evolve into healthier people. He is committed to making them healthier. If you let him, he will challenge you and your predispositions about yourself. He creates an atmosphere that allows you to excel.
